SPRING 2005
The New Hampshire Office of Energy & Planning (OEP) will be sponsoring the
12th Annual Planning and Zoning Conference on Saturay, April 9, 2005
from 8:00 am-3:00 pm at the Center of New Hampshire, Manchester. The conference
will be organized into seven tracks: Planning Board Basics, Basics for Zoning
Board of Adjustment, Miscellaneous Planning Topics, Advanced Planning and
Zoning Topics, Smart Growth and Planning, Planning for Natural Resources, and
Historic Preservation Planning.
The conference will include a session on GIS and Planning featuring
presentations by Fay Rubin, GRANIT Manager at UNH Complex Systems Research
Center, and Dennis Ulatowski, GIS Specialist for the City of Keene. For further
